Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the boots are clean and dry.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your package to your local authorized courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
